The Egyptian Chamberlain of the Presidency, Major-General Hossam Ali Badr handed the Egyptian Cup trophy to our captain Mohamed El Shenawy after defeating Talae’a El Gaish in the final.

Al Ahly succeeded to clinch the 37th cup title in history after defeating Talae’e El Gaish 3-2 on penalties, as the regular time and extra-time ended in a 1-1 draw.
