Egypt’s Al Ahly eased to a 29-19 victory over DR Congo’s JSK on Monday in the third round of the African Handball Championship League, extending their perfect run in the tournament.

The Group A match was held at the Mohammed V Arena in Casablanca, Morocco, which is hosting the 46th edition of the continental competition from 11 to 20 October.

The Red Eagles took early control of the match and led 18-10 at halftime.

They maintained their dominance after the break to seal a third consecutive win.

The Cairo club opened their campaign with a 41-11 rout of Ethiopia’s Mekelle 70 on Saturday, followed by a 29-21 win over Ivory Coast’s Red Star on Sunday.
