The Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhy and the Egyptian Football Association President Amr El Ganainy have congratulated Al Ahly after winning the CAF Champions League title.
“I would like to congratulate Al Ahly on winning the African title as they deserved it.” Dr. Ashraf Sobhy said.
“Both teams showed great performance on the pitch, but this is the idea of sport as it’s all about winning and losing. Al Ahly and Zamalek have represented Egypt and the game was coordinated in a very professional way.”
“I wished that the fans would attend the game, but we could not do this due to the Covid-19 pandemic.”
