Al Ahly’s football first team continued their training sessions on Thursday to start their preparations for our upcoming league game against Arab Contractors SC on Saturday.
Our players, who participated in the team’s 1-0 victory over Misr Lel Makkasa on Wednesday, preformed several recovery exercises in the gym.
While the rest of our players performed several fitness and tactical drills at El Tetsh Stadium.
