Al Ahly football team doctor Ahmed Gaballah said medical scans have confirmed that Youssef Belammari has suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
Gaballah said the player underwent medical examinations and an MRI scan, which confirmed the injury.
The club’s medical staff are currently working to determine a date for Belammari’s surgery.
