Al Ahly winger Mahmoud Hassan “Trezeguet” took part in the team’s group training session at the El-Tetsh ground in Gezira after recovering from injury.
Team doctor Ahmed Gaballah said Trezeguet had fully recovered from the hamstring strain he sustained in the Egyptian Super Cup final against Zamalek in the UAE.
The player had been undergoing physiotherapy in recent days.
Al Ahly won the match to claim the Super Cup title.
