Al Ahly’s women’s volleyball team dominated the individual honours at the African Women’s Volleyball Club Championship, which the Cairo club hosted at its Gezira headquarters.
Nada Walid was named Best Libero, Dana Shawky took Best Setter and Zeina El Alamy was awarded Most Valuable Player.
Al Ahly secured the title with a 3-1 victory over Kenya Commercial Bank in Thursday’s final at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Hall.
