Al Ahly Media Production Company‘s board of directors held a meeting with Presentation Live’s board of directors on Wednesday in the club’s premises in Gezira to discuss several important issues concerning Al Ahly TV channel.
During the meeting, it was agreed that Al Ahly TV channel’s main goal is to broadcast Al Ahly’s social, sports and cultural activities and to represent the club’s figures and history in a manner that strengthens Al Ahly’s educational message and reflects the responsibility that Al Ahly bears towards the country.
Moreover, the channel should aim to strengthen the communication between the club and sports fans in general and Al Ahly fans in particular, through presenting facts that are in line with the sports principles of Al Ahly and our nation.
Therefore, both companies will work hand in hand on the following:
- Implementing policies that are approved by Al Ahly Media Production Company’s board, in addition to covering all the activities of the club’s board, while censoring all the content which the club’s board decides on. The channel should avoid speaking on behalf of the club’s board of directors except through having the club’s official representatives in each department.y
- Consulting Al Ahly Media Production Company‘s board when the channel wishes to participate or contribute in any content, as it must align with Al Ahly’s policies and according to the regulations between both sides.
- All the channel’s employees must abide by the policies that are approved by Al Ahly Media Production Company’s board, and if any employee violates any of these rules, then they will be subjected to the needed legal procedures.
- Clarifying all facts to the viewers through the media platforms owned by the club regarding all the violations and allegations. This should be done according to Al Ahly Media Production Company’s board policies, and without transgressing laws or regulations that govern the media and sports affairs.
Finally, Al Ahly Sporting Club confirm that the club are not accustomed to insulting any institution or individual. If and when the club faces any transgressions from institutions or individuals, then Al Ahly will take all the necessary legal procedures required.
