Al Ahly’s board of directors, headed by president Mahmoud El Khatib, was keen to congratulate our men’s handball team on winning the Egyptian Cup. 

El Khatib praised the players’ performance and fighting spirit in the final game, as they were determined to win the cup after losing the league title earlier this month.

El Khatib also acknowledged the efforts of the coaching staff and the players throughout the whole tournament, as they achieved impressive results which met Al Ahly fans' high expectations.

Finally, our president stated that winning the Egyptian Cup title is a great achievement, but the upcoming period will demand great effort from the team in order to keep our fans happy.
