Sayed Abdelhafiz, Al Ahly’s director of football, expressed his happiness after defeating Misr Lel Makkasa 4-1 tonight in the Egyptian Premier League.

“It was very important for us to win tonight’s game in our journey to defend the League title. I spoke with the players during half time, and told them that it is a difficult game and we need to be sharp in front of the goal.”

“We had a great game tonight and scored four goals, and the most important thing was achieving the three points.”

“We will have a 24-hour rest on Monday, and then we will train on Tuesday at El Tetsh before heading to Morocco.”

“Kaizer Chiefs are a strong opponent and they have great motivations. We are expecting a tough final in Morocco.”

Abdelhafiz concluded by saying that the players and the coaching staff know the importance of the CAF Champions League final and they will do everything they can to win the title and please Al Ahly fans.
