Al Ahly SC sent a letter to Turkish side Konyaspor on Tuesday, informing the club that midfielder Emam Ashour is not available for transfer this season.
The letter stated:
“With reference to your request to sign our player Emam Ashour for $4.5 million, payable over three years, we would like to inform you that the player is not for sale this season. We look forward to cooperating with you in the future.”
