Al Ahly men's basketball team lost to Alexandria Sporting Club (ASC) 74-57 on Friday night in the Egyptian League. 

Abdullah Al Faisal Hall in Gezira witnessed a strong game and the two teams put on a solid performance but the visitors succeeded to secure the victory.
