Al Ahly’s first team completed their final training session at the Mokhtar El Tetsh Stadium at the club’s Gezira headquarters on Monday as they stepped up preparations for Tuesday’s Egyptian Premier League clash with Abu Qir Fertilizers.
Head coach Hussein Ammouta held a team meeting before the session, during which he reviewed several technical aspects of the preparations and outlined the players’ responsibilities for the match.
The session began with a series of physical exercises, followed by tactical and position-specific drills. The coaching staff then wrapped up training with an intense practice match.
The team will enter a closed training camp on Monday evening ahead of the game, which is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cairo Stadium in the fifth round of the Premier League.
