Al Ahly’s first football team completed their final preparations on Friday ahead of Saturday’s CAF Champions League Round of 32 first-leg match against Burundi’s Aigle Noir.
The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. Cairo time (GMT+3) at Inawari Stadium in Bujumbura.
The Red Eagles held their last training session on the match pitch at the same time as the kickoff, lasting around 75 minutes.
The session began with physical conditioning before moving on to tactical and technical drills tailored specifically for the upcoming fixture.
Ahead of training, head coach Jess Thorup conducted a detailed technical briefing with the players to review all tactical aspects of the match.
