Al Ahly’s coaching staff has given a five-day break to Mohamed Sherif, Yassin Marei, Mohamed Magdy “Afsha” and Karim Fouad following their participation in the Arab Cup.
The club’s director of football, Walid Salah Eldin, said the players have been excused from training until next Monday to allow for recovery.
Meanwhile, the team continued preparations at the Nasr City training ground ahead of Friday’s League Cup match against Enppi at Al Salam Stadium.
