Al Ahly completed training at El Tetch Stadium in Gezira on Tuesday ahead of their trip to Morocco for Friday’s CAF Champions League group-stage match against Morocco’s AS FAR.
Head coach Jess Thorup met players before the session to review tactical and technical plans for the game.
The squad began with physical drills before moving on to ball work under the guidance of the coaching staff.
Goalkeepers Mostafa Shobeir, Mohamed Seha and Hamza Alaa trained separately, working through a set of physical and technical exercises on the sidelines.
Al Ahly will fly to Morocco on Wednesday for the second-round Group Stage fixture.
