The technical meeting for our first match in the FIFA Club World Cup against Al-Duhail SC was held today in the team’s residency in Doha.

Al Ahly was represented by the following in today’s meeting:

•             Khaled Mortagy: Member of Al Ahly’s board of directors and the club's coordinator for the FIFA,

•             Sayed Abdelhafiz: Al Ahly’s Director of Football,

•             Samir Adly: Al Ahly’s Administrative Director,

•             Ahmed Abu Abla: Al Ahly’s First Team Doctor,

•             Gamal Gabr: Head of Al Ahly’s Media Center,

•             Amr Moheb: Al Ahly’s Interpreter,

•             Hanan El Zeiny: Al Ahly’s Head of Licensing  and  Regulations,

•             Amir Tawfik: Head of Al Ahly’s Transfers and Marketing Departments.

Al Ahly players will wear gray shirts, black shorts, and black socks in the game while our goalkeeper will wear an all-yellow kit.

Whereas, Al-Duhail’s team will wear an all-red kit, while the opponent's goalkeeper will wear an all-purple kit.

Additionally, it was confirmed in the meeting that each team is allowed to use five substitutions during the game, with a sixth substitution possible during extra time or if any severe injury occurs.

Moreover, only three players from the bench are allowed to warm up next to the manager during the game.

Finally, both teams are expected to arrive at Education City Stadium, one hour and a half before kick-off.
