Hossam Eissa, Egypt’s Ambassador to Sudan, attended the team’s pre-match training session in Sudan ahead of Al Merrikh’s match.

Ambassador Eissa held a meeting with Khaled El Darandaly, the club’s board member and the head of Al Ahly’s delegation, to make sure that all the preparations for Saturday’s match are set.

On a different note, the Red Eagles were not able to perform their final training session at Al Hilal Stadium, as it is hosting Al Hilal’s game against Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions League group stage.
