Al Ahly players Ayman Ashraf suffered a head contusion during today’s training session at El Tetsh Stadium in Gezira.
The team’s medical staff checked on Ashraf and then he continued the training normally.
Al Ahly is currently preparing to face Al Ittihad Alexandria on Monday in the third fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.
