Al Ahly football director Walid Salah Eldin announced that Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane will rejoin the team’s group training starting 12 January.
Salah Eldin explained that the technical staff gave the player several days off following his participation with the Tunisia national team at the Africa Cup of Nations, noting that he had not received sufficient rest in recent months due to his involvement in the national team camp ahead of the tournament.
Al Ahly are preparing for Saturday’s match against Pharco as part of the Egypt Capital Cup competition.
