Al Ahly’s defender, Badr Benoun will travel to Morocco in order to participate with the Moroccan national team in the qualifiers of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Our defender took part in the team’s 3-0 victory over DR Congo’s AS Vita Club in the fourth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.

Benoun returned back to Cairo with the Al Ahly’s delegation in the early hours of Wednesday and will travel to Morocco in order to join the Moroccan national team’s training camp.

On a similar note, Al Ahly’s football first team is currently on a five-day rest and is expected to come back to training on the 23rd of March in order to prepare for the upcoming period.
