The Confederation of African Football has sent an official letter to Al Ahly Board of Directors to confirm the implementation of media attendance procedures during the second leg of the CL semifinal.
The procedures below were also applied in the first leg of CAF Champions League semi-final against Wydad AC:
- No Media will attend the game, except the clubs’ press officers and the club official photographer.
- There will be no Pre-match press conference.
- The mixed zone is canceled.
- Flash interviews will be only conducted by the TV right holders.
- The post-match press conference will be held virtually.
These rules were set and applied by the CAF due to Coronavirus pandemic.
