Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, stated that Al Ahly’s defender Ayman Ashraf suffered fatigue in his calf muscle in the last minutes of our game against AS Vita Club, which ended with a 3-0 win for the Red Eagles.
Dr. Abu Abla added that Al Ahly’s head coach Pitso Mosimane decided to substitute the player to avoid worsening his injury.
