Al Ahly’s President, Captain Mahmoud El Khatib expressed his happiness after obtaining the (ISO 9001:2015) certificate, becoming the first sporting club in Egypt and Africa to obtain such a prestigious accreditation.

El Khatib added that this step reflects the board’s desire to move forward in achieving the club’s goals on all levels, not only the sporting level but also on the administrative level.

Moreover, he added that the board always seeks to place the club in a position that suits its value and meets the ambitions of its members and fans.

Al Ahly’s President highlighted that obtaining such a certificate is just the first step, as the club seeks to obtain more certificates in the same field in the upcoming period.

Thus, to complete the administrative development in the club’s various sectors through adopting the latest global management systems.

El Khatib revealed that he appreciates the cooperation with Near East Service Co (NES), which is one of the major bodies in awarding the management certificates in Egypt and Europe.

Al Ahly’s President stated that obtaining the certificate puts a huge responsibility on the club towards its members and fans to keep its pioneering position in all fields.
