Al Ahly’s President Captain Mahmoud El Khatib received an award on Wednesday at the ‘Oscar Al Messa Newspaper’ Ceremony, which was organized by Al Tahrir Organization in order to honor the clubs and sports personalities that achieved great results in the past season.

Our president Captain El Khatib received the award after Al Ahly managed to win the CAF Champions League title for the ninth time in the history of the club.

Al Amry Farouk, Al Ahly’s Vice President, Tarek Kandil, member of the board of directors, and Mohamed Morgan, club’s executive manager, attended the ceremony.  

Moreover, Al Ahly’s first team players: Mohamed El Shenawy, Ali Maaloul, Mohamed Hany and Amr El Soulia were all part of the best 11 line-up for the past season.
