A total of 120 players have contributed to Al Ahly’s record 16 titles across 20 editions of the Egyptian Super Cup, according to club statistics released after the team’s latest victory over Zamalek.
Former captain Hossam Ashour tops the list with 11 appearances, followed by current skipper Mohamed El Shenawy with 10.
Mohamed Hany, Amr El Sulaya and Taher Mohamed Taher each featured in nine matches, while Ali Maaloul, Yasser Ibrahim, Mohamed Magdy Afsha and Hussein El Shahat made eight appearances each.
Ramy Rabia played in seven, with Wael Gomaa, Ahmed El Sayed, Ahmed Fathi, Percy Tau, Marwan Attia and Ahmed Nabil Kouka all appearing in six.
The breakdown also shows six players featured in five matches, 12 in four, 15 in three, 21 in two, and 50 players appeared in one match.
