Our assistant coach Sami Komsan spoke following the team’s 3-0 victory over Ghazl El Mahalla SC in the second fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.

Komsan stressed on the fact that Al Ahly managed to achieve multiple gains from today’s game, as our team displayed a great performance along with becoming at the top of the Egyptian Premier League table.

“Despite facing a tough opponent who was able to create several chances, yet our players were able to achieve an important victory and control most parts of the game.”

“Additionally, the players who came on from the bench performed very well. We need all our players to be in perfect shape as we are competing in several tournaments the season.”

“Now, we are currently focused on our next match against AS SONIDEP and we will be training tomorrow before traveling to Niger on Sunday.”

Lastly, Komsan thanked our President Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, and the club’s board of directors for providing the team with a private plan for the team's trip to Niger, which will add more comfort to our squad and will reduce traveling time.
