Akram Tawfik, Al Ahly’s midfielder, will undergo a medical check-up before the start of Wednesday’s training session in order to make sure that the player has fully recovered from his injury.

Tawfik picked up a leg bruise during Tuesday’s training session before the team’s trip to Tunisia, where Al Ahly will face Esperance.

The Red Eagles will play against Esperance of Tunisia on Saturday at 6:00 PM in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semis.
