Al Ahly men's basketball team lost to Al Ittihad Alexandria Club on Thursday in the Egyptian League. 

Al Ittihad Alexandria Club's hall hosted today's game, which saw a strong performance from both teams; however, Al Ittihad won the encounter, 79-71.
