Our President Captain Mahmoud El Khatib received an official letter from the Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, who congratulated Al Ahly on winning the “African Club of the Century & Top Winning Titles in the Middle East” award.

This gesture comes as part of the state’s support to Egyptian clubs, under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. 

Captain El Khatib received the "African Club of the Century & Top Winning Titles in the Middle East" award at the Globe Soccer Awards event, which was held yesterday in Dubai and attended by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and several leading figures in the world of football. 

Also, El Khatib thanked Dubai Sports Council and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s Initiative for their constant support to the Middle Eastern and international football.
