Al Ahly's new coach Pitso Mosimane spoke about his emotional farewell to his previous team

"Of course it was not easy for me to come to Al Ahly and leave Sundowns who I have much respect to them after spending 8 years with them, it was very hard decision".

"We had a great success this year; this season was one of the biggest seasons as we won 3 trophies in South Africa and the fans were celebrating with us".

"I think this shows how big Al Ahly is, Al Ahly is respected in Africa and it is a great honor for me to be here".

"I do not much about the Egyptian League as the games were not broadcasted internationally, but I know several teams in Egypt especially that the Egyptian League is among the top four in the continent".
