Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly’s president, congratulated our players and coaching staff on reaching the CAF Champions League semi-finals, after defeating Mamelodi Sundowns 3-1 on aggregate. 

El Khatib praised our team’s fighting spirit during the game to secure qualification, adding that reaching the semi-finals is a big step in the team’s journey to defend the African title.
