Al Ahly players, Yasser Ibrahim and Aliou Dieng, were rested from Monday's training session at El Tetsh.
Yasser is suffering from an injury in the hamstring muscle while Dieng is suffering from an injury in his knee.
The duo underwent scans on Monday morning and their progress will decide their return to training.
