Al Ahly's Director of Football Sayed Abdelhafiz agreed to accept the resignation of the head of Medical Staff of the Team DR. Khaled Mahmoud after spending several years of loyalty and gratitude with the club. 

Al Ahly’s coach Pitso Mosimane named a 22-man squad for Al Al Ittihad Alexandria game, which will be played on Tuesday in the semi-final of the Egyptian Cup.

Al Ahly sent the team’s preliminary squad list for the 2020-21 season to the Egyptian Football Association.
