Yassin Mansour, the chairman of Al Ahly Football Company, spoke via video conference during the general conference that was held on Monday at the club’s premises in Gezira.

“The club’s board was keen to approve quickly the decision to establish Al Ahly's three companies.”

“The company’s management is a very difficult mission, so it was very important to have Hossam Ghaly and Moustafa Fahmy in the company’s board, besides having Amr Shahin as the executive director. We will add new members to the board in the next stage."

“The club owns Al Ahly Football Company and some of the company’s stocks will be sold in the next period. However, we are waiting for a suitable time to take this step."

“Al Ahly is a big and well-known brand globally, besides being the biggest brand locally and in the African continent.”

 “We are the African Club of the 20th Century and we want to keep that title for centuries to come. Also, we are keen to preserve the club’s rights.”

“Launching Al Ahly's Football Company means that everything related to the football sector in the club will be the company’s responsibility. The company will be responsible for dealing with the football’s media rights, sponsors, the youth sector, and the club’s academy.”

“The company will recieve everything related to the football sector within a time frame on four stages.”

"The main goal of the company is to achieve profit and to help the club accomplish more titles and achievements for the club at the same time.”

Mansour concluded his speech by stressing that all the successful systems worldwide are taken into consideration to develop a suitable structure for the company.
