Sami Komsan, Al Ahly's assistant coach, expressed his happiness after defeating Al Ittihad Alexandria 2-1 on Thursday night in Matchday 20 of the Egyptian Premier League.

"The game was very tough after losing points in the last two games. We were held to a draw against El Gouna FC and lost to Ghazl El Mahalla SC. Thus, we prepared well for tonight's game as we needed to seal the victory."

"Ayman Ashraf and Badr Benoun participated in the game after being sidelined due to injuries. Also, Mahmoud Wahid had a good game."

"We achieved three important points tonight in our journey to defend the league title, despite facing a lot of difficulties in terms of missing key players for injury and suffering fatigue because of the busy schedule." 

"All teams in the world suffer from fatigue, but I do not think that any club has to deal with such overwhelmed schedule. We play every three days, while our opponents have more time to rest."
