Al Ahly striker Marwan Mohsen did not complete the team’s first training session in Tanzania.
Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, said that the player suffered a leg contusion, which is the same injury he had during Friday’s training session at El Tetsh stadium.
Dr. Abu Abla said that he decided to take the player out of the session to avoid worsening the injury.
